RTG kicker made FG but didn’t show up on scoreboard!!!

Was in red zone, didnt score touchdown so my kicker was left to make fg, when it started to sim, it indicated that fg was good & didn’t show on scoreboard, checked play by play & it also showed that it was good but didn’t show on scoreboard costing me the match iwas in!!!!
