Skill Points on Road to Glory

It seems that even when you go through practice or game and you earn your XP it does not award you your skill points. It shows the animation of you gaining a skill points but does not award it. So far the only way to earn skill points to level my character up is through the weekly agenda. This makes it extremely hard even for us grinders because certain categories require up to 12 skill points to level up. As it is now that would be to difficult to achieve because you can't get more than 1 skill point in the weekly agenda. I suggest either fixing the bug or even lowering the amount of skill points it is to level up the ratings. This bug is ruining the game play of this feature
