Solo Games count as losses in ultimate team

I’m on Xbox series S. I just played a solo game and had it count as a loss after the fact when I won. I played another game after and it gave me the win however it gave me an additional loss after the fact which knocked me out of the playoffs. I’m seeing other people report this issue with head to head modes as well. Can you please fix your trash game? This is like a basic function that should not be happening.
