Store Error
Whenever I attempt to buy points I get an error message. “ we are currently unable to process one of your purchases and have temporarily disabled the store. The store will be available as soon as we are able to fulfill your purchase“ It’s been like this all week and I never received the points. Whenever I talk to Xbox Support or EA’s advisors, it’s just them blaming the other person. However Xbox was able to show me my purchases and my bank showed I was charged for them. EA hasn’t showed me anything but more confusion. I have screenshots I shared with Advisors multiple times showing all of this including the error but no one appears to know how to fix it. I just want to be able to get points again for Ultimate Team
