I recently updated my stadium grass and end zones and did not change logo but when I overwrote my previous downloaded team builder team the thumbnail logo on play now and dynasty is all white, as well as my home field. Please help!! PS5 is the console.

EA_MaiGonna get a fix on this problem or what? This has been an issue for over a week and nobody has gotten any kind of hope on a fix. This feature is quite literally why I and many others play this game. Haven't touched it since the problem started. Can we PLEASE get some kind of response. It's starting to really look bad..

Thank you for tagging these people. I’m sure nothing will be done about it, but at least people are coming together to complain. Gonna start asking for refunds on the game if it’s not fixed tomorrow
Was thinking of doing the same thing to be honest. Its quite literally a part of the game that doesn't work. Therefore, the game doesn't work as intended. Will be asking for a refund with ya tomorrow as well if not fixed.
yup the exact same thing happened to me too, overwrote my download and the logo turned into a white square. guess ill try to delete it and redownload it.

It is also happening on the Xbox console too or at least with me. I believe it is game over for CFB 25 because the focus is completely on CFB 26 development. I am hoping for that Team Builder beta crap to be over and a true Team Builder is complete or bring back the OG Team Builder that was the best in my perspective.

100% agree the customer service is a joke. Especially with the price of these games!!!!
Logo is a white square. Field is completely white. My uniforms and logos on them uploaded just fine. So what is with the white square? This is glitchy and a piece of crap, EA. I bought this game because of team builder dynasty and I’ve never gotten it to work right.
