team builder not importing to cfb25

i have made a bunch of teams on the team builder website, but none of them are showing up in game!!!!! I dont know what else to do i have tried every thing i can think of.  honestly the main reason i bought this cfb25 was to create teams to play with. this is horrible. seriously WTF?
