Teambuilder Logo and Field Not Loading

Updating a team or creating a new team in team builder is causing blank white square for the logo and field to be all white. 

Do you know if the issue with teambuilder will be fixed? It’s been two weeks

Logo white square, field all white. When updating a team in team builder. Also happens when creating a new team in team builder.

Its been weeks and this issue still exists. EA takes our money every year then gives us their ssa to kiss. I genuinely pray that EA loses the exclusive licenses and other companies can begin making football games. I'm so done with EA as a whole.

EA will never fix this issue! If they do, it'll take them months even years. EA doesn't care about their customers. They have made their money off the game and they do not care about the teambuilder website!  This is just my past experience with EA. With that said, I wish they would address the issue and work on their customer service department.

Same issue here. When submitting the team on the website I get no errors but when I download the team to play with it, it has a white box and the field is all white. This only happens though with teams of mine that I have edited in the past 4 or 5 days. any teams I have made before that and haven't edited work fine

The issue occurs with all my teams i've just updated and have previously downloaded with no issues.  Also tried a newly created team same issue. Jerseys and decals are fine. Teams not updated and already downloaded are OK 

Me and my son both have this issue were both on XB Series S and honestly there are too many teams to name we have 15 waiting to be downloaded that we can't of our 32 combined teams 

Same here dude, and that importing playes part too but the team creation was definitely number 1
