Teambuilder Logo and Field Not Loading

Same exact issue 

So annoying that this hasn’t been fixed, let alone an acknowledgment by EA 

Guys at EA, community manager, somebody I appreciate all the work you do to fix all these bugs. Can we please get this fixed? I understand it takes time, but it’s been like 4 days and we haven’t even gotten a reply that it’s being resolved. I paid for a game that’s had so many issues, I don’t think we’re being unreasonable 

Come on ea fix this bug I pay team builder every day I don’t like the white box with the logos would be and the light football field. I like the real stuff that’s not realistic to me ea 

Crazy frustrating, i finally learnt how to get names onto the shirts and nzone and put hours into creating it!

Ill check it out, im always looking for new teams. Also check mine DHew87 - just made a custom Boston Harbor Hawks team which i had a lot of fun creating

Glad I’m not the only one but this sucks! Hopefully they get this fixed soon. If not I wasted a ton of time.

Check out the Georgetown team I created, if you want to.  ncaabytcs   I also did Clemson with a pinstripe alternate jersey...and NC State. 

Having the exact same issue. Updated a few teams and created a brand new one, and I’m getting the white box for my logo. My field is also purely white. EA can we get a fix for this please??

They are working on it. A tech in my help request said “very soon” yesterday. It is completely on EAs end so don’t exhaust yourself trying to figure it out. The suspense is killing me with my first ever created  team lol.
