I’m having a bug where no matter how my team is set up I can not get into the challenge it kicks me and says that its unable to connect to it I have been actively trying to troubleshoot it since I contacted support yesterday June 11th

Mines same way some spinx ill complete but doesnt count or it kicks me out saying error if i try again
Still no fix for it
