Ultimate Team Access Issues

For a few weeks I have loaded up CF25 to play online UT games, but I consistently receive an ERROR MESSAGE when I try to play an Ultimate team game. I have exhausted communication methods by reaching out in both forums and in a live chat with EA HELP. I haven't personally requested a make-right in the last 6+ months via live chat or any other channel. The device I use is an XBOX SERIES S and this issue started roughly after the CFP championship. I would say near the end of January is when I noticed I couldn't get into any UT online games. I hope you guys at EA will grant me a make right so I can get a couple coveted players that I wasn't able to get during this situation. I was reluctant to open packs for LTDs, and other new cards, due to my inability to use them in online games. I have missed out on a few weeks of "Champs" as well so I was missing out on those rewards too. Lastly I may not finish the field pass now either nor earn those higher level rewards because of this situation. I appreciate the EA support team for helping me resolve my issue with playing online UT games and hope you guys can help me catch back up with a generous make-right! Thank you!
