Unfortunately you are not the only one. This is particularly frustrating when there is no acknowledgement of issues from EAs "support staff" (I use the term loosely as they provide absolutely no support whatsoever) and no restitution for this either. It begs the question if anyone even remotely cares regarding quality control for this game?
