I've been hitting different EA accounts up on ALL social media platforms for a week...and I finally got through to someone on LinkedIn. I won't reveal who they are...but they're definitely an employee, and works in the CFB department. This is what I was told on LinkedIn: "Thank you for letting me know! Our team is aware of the issue, and are working on a fix. Appreciate you bringing it to our attention!"

Hopefully so. I just got off of the live chat with EA and they said they cannot promise or say there will be make rights, but I told them this is garbage and there should be some form of XP make rights or something for this set back. I haven’t been able to play for a week either. Just opening packs like EA likes, smh.
