Currently on my 3rd season 88 overall with Max potential of 99, 25 cap breakers already unlocked and everything I should be able to use a cap breaker on says “cap breakers needed”

Have 25/25 cap breaks avaliable. Maxed out my speed, and when I go to apply it states "Cap Breakers Needed. Uhm I guess I must be needing the invisible caps that I receive after maxing them out?!?!?!
I have this bug where I can’t use any of my cap breakers. I have my stat maxed out but it’s not allowing me to apply my cap breakers to anything. I just transferred in the game and I’m in my sophomore season. Just says “cap breaker needed” but I have a good amount of cap breakers available just won’t let me apply them…
Like my release attribute is maxed out but it won’t let me apply cap breakers. I have 25 cap breakers.

Issue:
I have a Road to Glory player that reached 99 Overall, and I currently have 7 unused Cap Breakers. The game recognizes that I have them (they are displayed in the top-right corner), but it will not let me use them on any attribute.
Every eligible attribute says “Cap Breaker Needed,” but there is never an option to actually spend a Cap Breaker. I have tried multiple attributes including Catching, Catch in Traffic, Agility, and Route Running, but the result is always the same.
Expected Result:
I should be able to spend my earned Cap Breakers to permanently increase my attribute caps.
Actual Result:
The game shows that I have 7 Cap Breakers available, but there is no prompt or option to apply them, leaving my player unable to progress any further despite earning them.
Steps to Reproduce:

• Overall Rating: 99
• Available Cap Breakers: 7
• No error message appears.
• Restarting the game does not fix the issue.
• Screenshots are attached showing the bug.
This appears to be a progression bug that prevents earned Cap Breakers from being used. If anyone from EA can investigate or acknowledge this issue, I would appreciate it.
When I played yesterday the cap breakers were working fine. I won the Heisman and many other awards and received alot of of Cap Breakers when I got on this morning and I tried to use them it gives me a error that I must have Cap Breaker, I have 17 Cap Breakers right now. I uploaded picture of my 17 cap Breakers how this be fixed?

Started a RTG campaign as a WR, broke rocords and gained cap breakers. Played one game, never got to use them now further into the career and I can’t gain not one cap breaker. Bug is whacked, until they fix that , I’m off of ea game

So as I was gaining cap breakers up to 25 it would allow me to use them. I used two and figured I would save the rest to plan out how I would use them once I had all 25. However, once I received my 25th cap breaker when I would go to use a cap breaker in my attributes, the attribute screen would not recognize my 23 remaining cap breakers and tell me a cap breaker is needed to increase a attribute.
I'm not able to play the game anymore because whenever I go into RTG, at the home screen I get an error message that says "ATTENTION Your previous purchase was interrupted and did not finish correctly. The system needs to complete it before you can continue." I choose OK, and it takes me to the player upgrade screen where I see the error message "ERROR Unable to complete the transaction. Please try again."
The problem is, I never tried to make a transaction. I tried to go into the menu to see how much College Football points would cost in the store, but I never attempted to purchase any. I have found that I can play the game if I log out of psn, but when I do that I can't use the 23 cap breakers I have. Sucks.
And what really sucks is that this isn't only for that RTG save slot. I tried to make a new one and I'm getting the same message.
