Cap breakers not being earned

I’ve made a new safety build but noticed I’m not earning cap breakers like I did with early builds. I’ve gotten cap breakers for winning defensive player of the week and for winning bowl games on my cornerback. I’ve won multiple national defensive player of the weeks and national championships without earning cap breakers.
I’m guessing fixing the cap breaker bug was just making it harder to get cap breakers? Doesn’t sound like an ideal solution. Crazy to release unfinished products for full price annually.

I have made 5 builds and haven't received any cap breakers after breaking all records, winning all bowl games, and making national player of the week. I haven't seen 1 cap breaker after 400 hrs of play in road to glory? What is the issue??

I’m on Xbox. I have a RTG QB, won multiple national player of the week awards, broken records, threw for 600 yards in a game, and i have  received zero cap breakers. I have a RTG with a HB and a WR and i get cap breakers no problem, but with my QB I’ve received zero. I’m sure this has been reported before, but it’s an annoying issue.
