Coaching Progression Random

I am in a 4 team online dynasty and coaching progression isn’t being applied evenly across all users. We all created new coaches and started at 1 star programs. User B has similar or better stats at nearly every statistic, same with recruiting class, etc. Again, all programs

User A - BGSU: 4-6 record has progressed to a Level 11 (Tactician)

User B - Southern Miss: 8-2 record with multiple P4 wins as a sunbelt team is a Level 6 (Recruiter)

User C - Nevada: 4-6 record and has progressed to a Level 10 (Recruiter)

The coach progression system in this game is absolutely terrible. I’m in a four-person dynasty, and the progression makes no sense. Player 1 is 14-3 and level 16. Player 2 is 12-6 and level 11. Player 3 is 6-9 but somehow level 13. Player 4 is 6-10 and level 11.
The coach progression system feels completely broken or bugged, and it’s frustrating that EA still hasn’t addressed or fixed the issue. There doesn’t seem to be any consistency between a coach’s record and the level progression, which makes the system feel unfair.
