Created Head Coach wearing helmet and shoulder pads in Dynasty

My head coach in dynasty is dressed as a player in uniform helmet and all…very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this? [CM - updated thread title for clarity and visibility]

My custom coach has glitched and has a football uniform on with helmet, cleats and hand towel instead of his regular shirt, pants, shoes and headset since the new title update hit. Tried everything to fix it, but the helmet will not come off the coach.
