Defensive coordinators in coach carousel do not have defensive scheme displayed

Just trying to hire a DC but it only shows his offensive scheme on left hand column. Liking what I see but I just summed a season with Michigan to recruit and play with nil. Going to CFP. Lost to OSU in the game and Championship game so probably fired by year 2. Hiring a DC now 

During the coach carousel, when I search through potential candidates, I only see their coach archetype, offensive scheme, and Alma mater. The defensive scheme and recruiting pipeline should also be available for view as well. I end up having to fire coaches because their pipeline and defensive scheme don’t match mine. It would be a nice quality of life fix.

Also in the Heisman Trophy ceremony, Chris Fowler keeps saying each player is the 91st winner of the Heisman each year. I would rather he just say “and here is this year’s Heisman winner” or something to that effect to make it better for immersion.

When looking at offering jobs to Defensive Coordinators in Dynasty mode, the Def. Scheme is not showing up.  Just level/archetype, Off. Scheme, Alma Mater and interested schools.  When you look at the talent tree, you can't see their defensive scheme there either.

So I am playing Dynasty on PS5. After year one, aftet week two of job offers I was brought on as a head coach. I immediately go to hire coordinators, but when I hit the “View Coordinators” button, nothing happens. I try a few times and no list shows up. A few years later I get hired as a head coach after week 2 of job offers again, and try to hire coordinators. I hit “view coordinators” and it opens a list, but when I go to make an offer, it tells me I have hit my maximum on offers, even though I hadn’t given an offers yet. 

I can confirm that this is an issue.  I believe it's happening because the game doesn't consider you the coach of the new team until after the assistants are hired.  For me, the background remained the original team.  It wasn't until a few weeks later that the background changed to the new school.  

Don’t know if this will be seen but I think it should be able to be fixed.

When hiring a DC you can only see the OFF scheme and not the defensive.

it would be nice to see this.

Also, an idea for the future. Maybe have a coach be a little discounted in their scheme/playbook matches the HC.

I'm having the same issue as well 

After completing the frist Season in Dynasty I wanted to hire a DC and I couldn't see their scheme only their offensive scheme. 

After the season, I want to hire a DC. I can't see their scheme. In fact, I can't see anybody's DC scheme Former HC, OC, or DC, and I would like to see everyone's recruiting pipeline
