Defensive pass interference doesn't seem to work

I just threw a pick 6 in my dynasty because my tight end was running an in route and one of the defenders ran straight into him and they were stuck running into each other for over a full second,  There was no defensive past interference call even though it completely made it so I couldn't get to the ball, which resulted in a Defense TD. 

I've noticed other instances while watching some well-known YouTubers playing, where DPI just doesn't trigger when it is clear as day.  Attaching video.
