I’m absolutely fed up…… spent $95 on this game and day 1 I can’t even get past week 0 recruiting because the game crashes whenever I go to sort recruiting by position. Unbelievable. Someone from EA please help. This is ridiculous. Can I at least get to week 1 of the season?!!!

My Game Crashes Every Dynasty i do whether offline or online every time i reach Heisman Ceremony it completely shuts down my Xbox No other game i have does this the only way i can seem to fix it is to delete the save data and redownload it from cloud and power cycle my Xbox Really hope this can be Fixed!! No error message, happened last year and why I quit playing… Mine is a Xbox X. No one fixed it last year, but yet here we are again facing the same issues. Do we get a refund for purchasing early and it’s a gamble if the game crashes throughout a game. Couldn’t even play in a friends online dynasty LY bc of this issue, will be the same issue this year
Same issue. Xbox series X. No error code. Game freezes mid game in dynasty and kicks me back to the Xbox Home Screen. Game is currently unplayable.
Same here. I’m started 2 dynasty seasons and when I reach the heisman ceremony it shuts the system off saying it’s overheating. It has done it for RTG for me as well
Does EA usually just respond asking how they can help and never say this is an actual issue and look into it? Happened last year, if so how can we go about a refund for the game
