A week later and this issue is still not acknowledged, much less resolved.  Is EA working on this?  Does anyone from EA even monitor this forum?

We have same issue. Waiting for resolution to start our annual league of 16

4 days now without so much as EA even ACKNOWLEDGING THAT IT IS AWARE this game mode is completely broken for multi-member online dynasties?  

Same, Xbox, PC, and PlayStation all have this issue. Imagine being a month into the game, right at the start of the season and nobody can start an online dynasty. High quality ea content. Ea = early access 

Unheraldedly intolerable

More than 2 days with no resolution. Man, I wonder why the game is losing steam after being less than one month since release.
