My Dynasty league giving EA servers are down error to some users

Same issue here. 32-user dynasty has been inaccessible for all but one user. Definitely  tied to specific dynasty files, but becoming widespread. Really hoping EA acknowledges this soon because we’re completely stuck right now. Typical EA. 

Our 32-user Online Dynasty became largely inaccessible around midday on September 6 and has remained inaccessible since.

When an affected user selects the Dynasty, the game begins attempting to load the league, then almost immediately stops and kicks the user back to the Main Menu with the following error:

ERROR

“The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later. You have been returned to the Main Menu.”

We have also confirmed that at least one member is still able to successfully enter this exact same Dynasty.

So the current behavior is:

- The Dynasty was functioning normally until approximately midday September 6.

- Numerous members can no longer enter it and receive the same error.

- Selecting the Dynasty begins the loading process normally.

- Within seconds, the game displays “The EA servers are not available at this time” and returns the user to the Main Menu.

- At least one member can still access the affected Dynasty normally.

- Restarting the game/console, reconnecting to EA servers, and other standard troubleshooting have not resolved the issue.

This appears to be an issue with access to this specific Online Dynasty rather than a general EA server outage.

There are also multiple active EA Forum threads from other users reporting similar problems with established Online Dynasties becoming inaccessible.

WHAT WE NEED FROM EA:

Is the College Football team aware of this issue and actively investigating it?

The fact that one account can still access the Dynasty while numerous others receive the same error may be particularly useful in identifying what is happening.

We have 32 users and an entire completed season invested in this Dynasty. We absolutely do not want to abandon the file and start over if this is something that can be corrected server-side.

Some users have now been dealing with this issue for four days with no update from EA. One existing thread has surpassed 1,100 views and is currently the third-most-viewed thread in the CFB 27 Dynasty forum, yet the issue has still not received an acknowledgment from EA.

At this point, we are simply asking for acknowledgment. Is EA aware? Is this being investigated? And is there any information we can provide that would help the team identify and resolve the problem?

Please escalate this to the appropriate team. We are happy to provide any information necessary to help diagnose the issue and restore access.

So like many others, our online dynasty is giving everyone an error when they try to log in. At first I thought it was just one or two people yesterday when one of my buddies asked me if I could get in because he couldn’t. I was able to. Then I learn a few hours later, everyone is getting the same error message yet I’m the only one who can still get in as of this afternoon. I’m not the commissioner so I have no idea why I’m the one who can still get into it but since I can, I don’t think it’s a file corruption issue.

 Last night the commissioner had me go do a few actions to see if the file updating due to some activity would fix it and nothing. I was able to do the actions (I offered a scholarship, redshirted a player, etc) and it showed the file update, but no one can get in still. So it has to be a server issue, not a file issue right?

 Anyway, I doubt anyone knows a solution. But I make this post to say….EA fix your game. If this was UT this wouldn’t be happening. These clowns won’t event make a post updating us despite multiple dynasties facing the same issue.

I'm a member of the AT32 league and am also having the same issue accessing our dynasty. I'm getting an error when I try to enter our online dynasty! 
    I can't even begin to describe the amount of time and effort a lot of these guys and commissioners of this league have put into it. We've got weekly broadcasts, live game broadcasts, power rankings, personal award shows. EVERYTHING. We love this game and we love this community and we are hoping you guys can find a speedy solution for everyone affected!! A proud member of the AT32 CFB 27 Dynasty. College Football, our way! 🫡

Our 32 man dynasty is not accessible online. EA this is absolutely terrible. When we try to log in it kicks to the main menu stating server issue. The least you can do is say we working on it or you guys have to restart. We started early so maybe thats an issue and we were missing something from a patch later thst didnt go into our league cause my other lg that started after the first patch is fine. FREE AT32!!!

Why was my case closed with "No Fix Available" as the tag? Please address this EA. 

Like many other posters here, I am a member of the AT32 dynasty. I am unable to access the file. When I attempt to, I am told I’ve been signed out of EA servers. We have put countless hours into this dynasty not only with gameplay, but with live broadcasts, discord polls, weekly recap shows, and more. To have to restart this league due to a glitch/bug in the recent update would be a massive blow. There are a few members of our league who are still able to access it. So I feel confident the file can still be saved. Please help us.
