I haven't received the pre-order bonus for coach points after making a new/current coach. Pre-order bonuses are turned on when creating new Dynasty files.

Have them turned on.
And it does not show up at all.
I've gone and upgraded my recruiter, but it won't show the 110 after I press the button. Is there any way to fix this, or am I screwed?
I am missing the dynasty pre order bonus. I start with the standard coach points instead of the extra 100. I have restarted my game, went in and finished the CUT orientation, and have started multiple dynasties all to no avail. I have the deluxe edition.
I have also noticed that it isn't showing up on Discord as a game I'm playing. It showed up when I first got the game, but now it doesn't. So maybe Steam or the EA app doesn't read my game? yet im playing it tho so i don't understand why?
Also, I'm playing it on Windows 10, so maybe that's why?
