I haven't received the pre-order bonus for coach points after making a new/current coach. Pre-order bonuses are turned on when creating new Dynasty files.

This is happening to me too. I saw in another thread that the 100 points seem to be locked to the first time you use them. I used them on a coach then deleted the file thinking it would let me start new but nope. I just don't have them anymore.

yes I keep posting on the thread about it but someone keeps deleting some of them, this is an EA App issue and your EA advisors wanna give me the run around and say it because of Steam when it is clearly on EA's side.
I just got home from vacation and we pre-ordered it and now I'm not seeing it where the MVP Plus bundle and this is some BS man.
Same thing happened to me. I deleted my coach and no longer have access to the points for my new coach
No feedback or any response to this. This is unbelievable
