I haven't received the pre-order bonus for coach points after making a new/current coach. Pre-order bonuses are turned on when creating new Dynasty files.

i wonder if this is a problem for pc only? wish we could get some type of update about the situation.
Confirming I have the issue on Xbox, not a PC exclusive issue.
