I haven't received the pre-order bonus for coach points after making a new/current coach. Pre-order bonuses are turned on when creating new Dynasty files.

I keep receiving the same copy and paste reply when I ask EA Help for an update on my ticket. I have no faith that EA is going to resolve this issue, they’re just hoping we forget about it. It’s the ONLY reason I preordered the game. I would’ve otherwise waited for it to be on sale, like it is currently. Will certainly not be preordering the game again if this issue is not resolved.
same here the game has been out 3 weeks and already on sale for under $50, and the only preorder bonus i recieved was playing it 3 days early, and the 4600 CUT points, I'm a dynasty player tho, so that dont mean anything to me, i want my 100 dynasty coach points. this will teach us a lesson in ever preordering anything from them again.
