I haven't received the pre-order bonus for coach points after making a new/current coach. Pre-order bonuses are turned on when creating new Dynasty files.

Did you reach back out to Steam about this issue? Seems to be past the 8/5 timeline and I don't believe it has been fixed, although I haven't logged on since the update this morning.
i wrote them today, havent heard back from them yet.
