Offline Dynasty crashing after 9/10 update

Since the 9/10 title update, CF27 is randomly crashing out to dashboard on Xbox Series X for me. 

First time, it happened when I exited the Recruiting menu -- game shut down instantly and relaunched automatically. No 'quick resume' but a full reload.

The other 3 times it's happened so far, I was in a season game -- each time, at seemingly random intervals during the game (first quarter, halftime, third quarter), the game first froze for 3-4 seconds, then again shut down and relaunched, doing a full reload each time (losing progression in the game each time, obviously).

This is an offline dynasty in year 22, on week 9 of the current season.

I don't see any 'EA servers unavailable' messages, or anything like that (saw that in some other posts).

This is an 'A' bug for sure, as the game is completely unplayable with the randomness and apparent certainty of the crashes. 4/4 repro rate thus far.
