PC Game crash middle 3rd qtr

Playing 2nd game of season in dynasty, full game mode. Penn St vs FCS NE. It crashes to desktop in 3rd qtr and has done so twice. really annoying as im trying to give everybody a game and a chance to shine vs lesser opponents and it crashes. The graphics card is 12gb i have 64 gb ram and a PC built to game. it can handle games like war thunder with full graphics without issue but cfb 27 it decides it doesnt like. temp of gpu at the time was 35 degrees it isnt the heat.
