Ideas
There are five stat‑based achievements tied to earning specific yardage totals in particular ways, and all of them are not unlocking properly. Some have been lucky and gotten them to pop, but many others meet the requirements repeatedly with no unlock at all and the majority of players are running into problems.
The two most problematic achievements are Rumblin, Stumblin and He Does It All! — nearly everyone is reporting failures with these.
Others are also struggling with Pride of the 808, Who’s Covering This Guy, and .417 Miles. I personally unlocked those three, but many players cannot despite fulfilling the same conditions.
To avoid pointless troubleshooting, I’ve already tested:
- Multiple consoles (Series X and Series S)
- Two separate Xbox accounts
- Hard reset console
- Working online connection
- Cross‑checking community reports — large numbers of players are experiencing identical issues
I’m using the EA Play trial, but several players who did manage to unlock some of these buggy achievements were also using the trial, so that doesn’t appear to be the cause.
I’ve included screenshots to community complaints.
TLDR: While these achievements are technically unlockable, the behaviour is clearly inconsistent and unreliable causing most players issues. Please investigate a fix — at the moment, these achievements simply aren’t unlocking correctly for a significant portion of players.
I’ve experienced the same issues. The two PlayStation trophies that I have left to unlock are “He Does It All!” and “.417 Miles”. I got the other three trophies to unlock in Play Now mode. I’ve met the criteria for the two remaining trophies twice in Play Now, and also attempted twice in Dynasty mode.
I know trophies and achievements are not required to play the game, but I didn’t have these issues with College Football 25 on Xbox. I skipped over 26, and these technical issues have ensured that I won’t be buying any more of the future releases after 27. Especially for games that get an early release with premium additions, glitches affecting so many players should be ironed out by release day when purchasing from a AAA developer.
