RTG PS5 Application Close

When I open my safe file it loads in and then immediately closes application with an error. This is on Ps5 I am a CB in my 3rd year TCU. I have reported the big and sent the video clip on the ps5 close application page. When it first happened I won a game came back to the draft projection and it closed app. Ever since then I can't even see my game file for more than 2 seconds before it close app. 

I have cleared the cache and rebuilt database and downloaded and reinstalled the game. At this point I don't know what to do.
