RTG Trophy Room - Missing Profiles

(PC - EA Store) I'm having the issue with the RTG Trophy Room and Main Menu Trophy Room not logging Trophies in certain RTG save profiles. I have 4 RTG profiles and on one of my primary players won the heisman and 5-6 other awards after a good season and none of that has been captured.

I did notice however, that when I am at the Main Menu and go to Main Menu > More > Trophy Room > Road To Glory - 2 out of my 4 RTG saves DID have slots and the one save that I won a couple of awards on did have the trophies showing. Two of my saves, including my Rob Gronk style TE did not have a slot nor the 6-8 trophies I won.

Not sure why the 2/4 RTG had the slots and the others did not.

The two that had the slots were my Texas Longhorns HB and the Virginia Tech QB. The two that did not were my Notre Dame LEDGE and my Michigan Wolverines TE. All 4 of the RTG Characters went through HS and were custom builds.

I decided to test this a bit while typing this up and just made:
 - a QB, skipped HS, and used a pre-built skill character - picked the Hoosiers and checked the Main Menu Trophy room and they DID have a slot.

 - a 2nd TE,  Skipped HS, and used a pre-built skill character - picked Vanderbilt and checked the Main Menu Trophy room and they DID have a slot.

- a 3rd TE, Skipped HS, made a custom skill character - picked Michigan Wolverines (2nd TE for them) and checked the Main Menu Trophy room and they DID have a slot.

I noticed I could hide and then show all profiles - I hid the 3 test characters I made then checked show all, the 2 slots I made earlier (HB and QB) were still showing, the 3 test characters I made were showing as hidden, but the other 2 original profiles (LEDGE and 1st TE) were not showing.

Not sure if this helps but I guess when you make your RTG character and get to college, back out and check the Main Menu trophy room to see if they have a profile slot before playing the save.

It would be nice if there was a way to force existing saves to get a profile slot.

    Thanks for the reply,

          I’ve tried hiding and showing profiles while I was testing and unfortunately my Michigan te save is not there. Thinking back, I created it on 7/16/26 during the downtime which may be part of the issue. Is there anything I can do if the profile does not show when I toggle hidden profiles?

    Hey there,

    If your Road to Glory awards and Heismans aren't showing up in the Trophy Room, this is typically caused by a creation profile bug where the save file either failed to assign a profile slot or the slot is hidden by a UI filter.

    Workarounds & Prevention from the Community:

    • Toggle Profile Visibility: Navigate to Main Menu ➔ More ➔ Trophy Room ➔ Road To Glory and press the "Hide / Show All Profiles" toggle. In many cases, the profile slot is available on the backend, and toggling this view will unhide your character and display your earned trophies.

    • Creation Slot Verification (Prevention): Because standard cache resets cannot retroactively assign a missing slot to an existing save, test new saves early:
      1. Create your RTG character and advance past the High School / Signing phase.
      2. Immediately exit to Main Menu ➔ More ➔ Trophy Room ➔ Road To Glory.
      3. Verify that a dedicated slot for your player appears. If it is missing, restart the creation process before investing in season progress.
