The game won’t lock at 60fps, it is constant 120fps in the menu. Then whenever I’m in game, it literally jutters and the framerate is all over the place. The game is literally unplayable for me. Lost...

What type of GPU are you using? If you're using a Nvidia card you can try limiting the FPS through Nvidia Control Panel.
RTX3080, already forced it at 60fps through the panel, game just literally doesn’t work. Tried other games to see if I’m going crazy but they work fine lol.
