"Affecting License" option doesn't work in Multiplayer Races

Hi!

In Multiplayer races I turn off "Affecting License" option in session settings, however after proceeding each lap I still get the "Clean Lap" pop-up after each lap. Previously, with "Affecting License" option OFF, there would not be this pop-up throughout every session. I'd be glad if this gets fixed, thank you!
