AI stay in VSC mode

I qualified in 17th for the Netherlands GP, Verstappen got a DNF in the first 3 laps, went to VSC an got racing again everything was fine. Then 3 laps later Doohan had a DNF an went back VSC mode for a lap, when it went back to normal racing all the AI stayed in VSC within a couple of laps am in P1 an 11 seconds away from P2 and the race will have to be abandoned.
