Also just to point outEA_Groguet i don’t think difficulty really should have an impact on top speed, if I’m in a car with the top performance in terms of straight line speed against a car with the lowest, that’s what should impact top speed, not difficulty, thanks!
I think the difficulty slows down OUR CAR thats what i have observed
