They need the info because this is not likely to be a simple issue. Is it straight speed, is it car development level, is it traction out of corners or speed through certain corners, is it driver rating?
How do they fix it? Adjust our car, theirs, retrain the AI corner by corner? If you change 1 thing how does that work for 24 circuits, 19 or 21 other cars?
If you want it fixed send them what they ask for.
This has been happening for the last 5 years why should it be our problem to send them videos they know this is happening they are so out of touch its becoming a problem they busy trying to please streamers.
