After patch 1.06 8 am still having trouble with traction against the AI in wet races.
Either the AI is getting better traction than they should or the player car is not getting enough. A good example of his is at Suzuka out of the last corner on to the straight. I will pull up close to the AI throughout the lap losing time out of the hairpin and second spoon but its the final corner where I lose out the most.
In the video I have attached I am running as Gasly in the Alpine, AI is 75%, TC is medium with auto ERS (I find it switches on quicker than me doing it manually) playing on PS5 with controller. I know I may be compromised by being on the kerb but I did get a reasonable getaway out of the corner and the AI still pull away easily.
I do not have this issue in dry races at all. I hope this issue is sorted soon as it’s putting me off starting a career mode.
