I bought the APX GP bundle on the 4th of July on PlayStation 5 and I got access to play the F1 the movie scenes. However, when I wanted to play as Sonny or Joshua in My team and My career mode, it would say I need to purchase the full iconic edition. This does not make sense as I bought the icon pack to be able to play as them and I cannot, please help. I have gone onto EA help and they said they can do something maybe but it is good to go onto forums, which is why I am here.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error message as well as your in game report code for this to be looked into
hi, i am not OP, but I have got a similar issue. I bought the Iconic Upgrade for F1 25 on July 9. I wanted to drive as APX GP for MyTeam; however, there was no option. This was the same for Driver Career. I did receive the Pitcoin for the Upgrade.
I contacted EA Support and they said the team was already aware of the issue, but it is not on the page which states which issues are being investigated. Are the team aware of this? I play on Xbox Series X.I have made a post about this on the 8/9 July for more info on my issue.
