Bad blurry graphics within F1 25

What's a good PC? I'm using a 4090 in 4k and it looks fantastic .. I have other issues like game crashes lol. Have you tried a higher rez? mine looked like yours in 1080p but changing to 4k made a big deference.
I'm using a 4070. I was playing on 1080p, but i upped it to 4k and yeah it does look really good now.
However, I wish to play on 1080p and not 4k or any other higher resolution, so is there still a way to fix the bad graphics on 1080p?
