I've installed from EA app, and everytime the race starts it's showing black screen, the minimap and audio is absolutely okay but the display is just a black screen

Started the game on Steam. The game shows a black screen. I have waited for a couple of minutes but to no avail.
same issue here. Sometimes the game takes a while until it crashes but most of the time its just a blackscreen for 1-2 seconds and it closes again
I tried this but there isn't a hardware settings folder is there any other way to fix it as I have tried reinstalling and verifying integrity and neither fixed the issue?
