On two player career mode I had a blue flag from the race start. As soon as the 5 red lights went out, I had blue flags. The ai started driving through me as ghosts and overtaking me by doing so. The whole timings and positions were glitched, with drivers on track not matching their order on the UI. The error lasted throughout the race, and despite finishing p3 on track, the race said I finished p6, 1 lap behind the race leader (Hulkenberg) even though I actually finished about 3 seconds behind the real winner (Norris). Upon moving to the race overview, it said that the race winner (Hulkenberg) won by a lap with a race time of 345 minutes.

My friend and I have the same problem in Two Player career. This issue has been happening for a long time. It was a huge issue in F124 too. They don't seem to care, or don't know what the problem is.. It's game breaking, and when you pay this much you'd expect glitches like that to be fixed by now.. Such a stupid thing to happen..

I placed Pole position, and my friend in 5th.
When getting into the start of the race, Blue Flag was out and I was instantly placed in 5thThe patch notes for todays update says nothing about the blue flag glitch or the pit stop glitches... They genuinely don't care...
I'm 6 months late, but my friend and I found out that whenever this bug happens in our Two Player career game, both players are to quit to the main menu (not retire!), and then get back into the race. It will start over as if the race never started, and so far this has always worked for us. No blue flags the second time around.
We found out that this also works when you get placed incorrectly on the grid.
It's annoying but at least it's a workaround until (if they ever) fix this.
We've tried this multiple times in the past and it doesn't work. It just starts with either a different sort of glitch or with the same glitch in a different order. One time it actually started me in the pit lane ghosted inside another car despite qualifying on pole.
