[BUG: PC/Steam] Constant interruptions from "Communicating with Online Services"

Despite this apparently being addressed in the v1.22 patch dated 12/06/2026 (dd/mm/yyyy), I'm still being constantly interrupted from the "Communicating with Online Services" screen (or alternatively the notification for it in the top left of my screen).

I can't navigate any of the menus in the game without it flashing up and waiting several minutes for it to go away. I've even had it flash up during gameplay in My Team. Gameplay continued in the background and I ended up in the tecpro barrier on the side of the track. Once I heard the sound of the engine continuing, I hit pause but that's not the point. Any time the game required communication with the EA servers, I'm interrupted by this message. End of practice, qualifying, sprints, races, the lot. This is highly annoying and it's a struggle to get into the Podium Pass, F1 Life events or even the in-game mailbox. Can this please be investigated again and patched properly this time?

Please note: I'm playing with a singular custom emblem mod. Nothing else and every file has been verified via Steam before the mod was reinstalled.
