Online service error
I experienced this problem 2 days ago and it's happening again. It just solved by itself at first time but now I'm not sure when it will be. I've also read all the messages in the mailbox. I retried to connect in the mailbox and got a connection one time but I lost connection again when I tried to enter f1 world. And the error code keeps changing. Please check and let me know what I can do. p.s. I got connection as soon as I edited this post... this is so random. this time, it took about 60~70 hours to get fixed. p.s. I lost it again. it just last 3 min wtf.
F1 25 – EA Account Required / Cannot Connect to Online Services
Hi EA Team, I have the same issue that others reported a few months ago. When I try to play F1 25 on Steam, I get the "EA Account required" message, even though my Steam and EA accounts are properly linked. I can’t access any online features. when I click on “player hub” and then click on “friends” the “communicating with online services” shows up and doesn’t go away and then I am stuck their unless I restart the game. This also happens when I click on “mail”. I go into the screen and then nothing appears and I can’t go back out of it. I also can’t join any public lobbies. And I have checked, it is not my internet because this all worked the last year. So yeah if somebody could help me I would really appreciate it!
The game starts to be unplayable
Since the last update (which was a long time ago, because you can't see often updates here) everything went south. With what should I start? AI - They received a big buff, that big that they didn't care to leave space, break or even receive penalties. You will get rammed, sent of track and you will still receive warnings or even penalties because the AI is in God Mode! Errors - Errors after errors. On invitational mode you can't join the lobbies from the first time, you will receive an error that pops you out of the game, and you need to try again. Bugs- Every time when I join a wet race DRS is available, plus the AI are way faster, it's like I'm playing with a 20% Higher difficulty level. I don't know if the DLC will come soon, but someone needs to have a look into this game. My feeling that nobody cares anymore to improve this game.
Multiplayer disconnect/ghosting
My cross platform multiplayer league has been having lits os issues with drivers getting kicked and cars going in and out of ghost mode. We use discord chat and can see ppl disconnecting/connecting as well. Seems to create a cascade effect. We use to have stable multiplayer races with very few issues.Wheel freezing in online races
Wheel and pedals freezing in online races with over like 7 people. It happens suddenly and usually in corners. And in offline mode everything works fine. I have stable connection and good pc but now suddenly when i started playing again this happens, and it makes the racing undoable. In 2025 everything worked fine but now something has happened.
f1 25 doesnt work
hi ea guys, i just got a f1 25 but when i try to connect to online its stucks on error in attachment i trried literaly EVETYRHING i mean: TCP and UDP ports (by DMZ) re link account ipv4 ipv6 create another user on pc vpn and proxy reinstall anti cheat reinstall game i doesnt remember all of what i do, EA troubleshot tips i also tried if you remind me, I'll tell you whether I tried it or not. 2631071469:S UPD: i tried to change password and game does not opening
ERROR: The internet cable has been disconnected
Since the game's release, I occasionally get randomly disconnected during online matches, receiving the following error message: "The internet cable has been disconnected." Sometimes it happens very quickly upon entering an online room, and other times it takes longer. This only happens to me in this game. I've tried it in previous Formula 1 games like F1 24 and it never happens, nor in any other non-EA game. It only happens in this one. I need help because I don't know what else to do and I want to be in online leagues. Thanks.
