My son cannot add friends in F1 25. He is using Xbox series S. He finds them but when he clicks ads he receives the following message:
Unable to proceed with this request as it is not in line with EA requirements. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.
I have checked his cross play is enable and NAT settings are open.
EA are telling me it’s a bug and they’ll let the technical team know. Any ideas how to fix this?
