i have the same issue with underperforming teammates in myTeam witch ever driver i dont controll is just useless in both quali and the race, car is 3rd best 4th best 1st dosent matter the driver i dont controll barely manages to get a point at best. now when my teammate finaly qualified a little higher atleast, p7 he was held 27 seconds in the pits. for no reason?!?
i Dont have a big issue with the Ai being to fast in a straight line tho.
