career mode saving glitch fix asap

I am here to report a glitch / error with the career mode i have heard other people are getting this in two player but i got this in standard career mode, Basically when your simulating the race fully it will take you to the race results screen which then i press advance thinking it’s all normal but after it takes me back to the menu with practise quali and the race and i cannot go to next session so im stuck on that screen, i don’t know if it’s anything to do with the saved data but i deleted the data which this could just be corrupted then i restarted my game after doing so and im still glitched and can’t play the career mode anymore, we need a fix for this asap
