Coop Carrer mode ratings swapped

I was playing a cooperative career mode with a friend. We're in season 4. I had a 91 overall rating and he had an 81. After free practice, our ratings swapped; now I have an 81 and he has a 91. After the Grand Prix, they didn't swap again.
