Edge of view graphic bug/glitch

Whenever I load into the game and start driving there is a weird graphical glitch that looks like there's a second ghost car of myself there. It's just at the edge of the screen, however it seems like the other cars also have that issue whenever I come close to them. See below for screenshots.
