I was in a 2 player career mode at the end of season 3. We both signed a 2 year deals with different teams Redbull & Mclaren just before this. We advanced to end the season, clicked through the stats page and both of us crashed after advancing. There was no error message Just a straight crash We have tried to "Fix" this issue but nothing we have tried has worked
We have no idea what caused this so how can we avoid this and finish a career? Is it the broken contracts like last years game?

I confirmed that it still crashes even after the update. Here are the report codes from that time.

Yes, the issue is still there. The game keeps crashing for both of us at the end of the season.
