ERS mode problem: controller

Hey guys and EA!

I have a problem with the activating of my ERS in F1 25. So, It does not work anyway. I press the button on my controller and even switch modes of ERS on MFD. But I have 100% of ERS all the time and there is no way to change it. It's just 100% for all the time but my car is pretty slowly, than others, even AI cars. Percentage of ERS does not wasting. It works at any game mode: career, grandprix, multiplayer grand prix.

Important to know: I'm using controller to play F1. I've already read all other discussions but it was all about wheels and problems with pedals. That's not my way.

How to fix it? Please help
